Reimagining Residences: Transforming a Damaged Apartment Building in Kharkiv

Key Image

This proposal outlines a comprehensive reconstruction project for an apartment building situated in the Northern Saltivka district of Kharkiv. Located at Natali Uzhvi Street 78, the building has incurred substantial damage and requires restoration to provide a suitable living space for its existing and potential residents.

The project emphasizes a balanced approach that involves preserving certain sections of the building while replacing the damaged parts using innovative Speedstac modules. This modular solution offers efficiency and versatility in the reconstruction process, ensuring a seamless integration of new elements.

Furthermore, the project includes a meticulous reconstruction of the building's facade. By utilizing Kingspan insulated panels, the façade will be revitalized with a focus on energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal. These panels offer superior insulation properties while providing an updated and modern appearance.

Through the proposed reconstruction efforts, the project aims to breathe new life into the apartment building, creating a comfortable and inviting living environment for its occupants. By combining the use of Speedstac modules and Kingspan insulated panels, the project aims to restore the building's structural integrity and enhance its overall visual appeal.
